How can we help?

Ask us anything about your account, a payment, a wedding site or its photos. We reply by email, usually within a couple of working days. If you are a guest with a question about the event itself, the couple can usually help faster. More ways to reach us are on the contact page.

Who reads this

Your request goes to the Our Weddings team only — not to the couple whose wedding you mention. We use it to answer you, and delete it a year after the conversation ends.

We reply here, and send you a private link to follow the conversation.
