How to reach us

Email us at [email protected], or message us on WhatsApp at +351 962 860 039. Those are the two support channels — there is no live chat and we don't offer round-the-clock cover. We aim to reply within 2 business days. If your wedding is close, say so in the subject line and we'll look at it first.

What to tell us

Three things get you a real answer instead of a follow-up question: the address of your wedding site, what you were doing when it went wrong, and what happened instead of what you expected. A screenshot and the device or browser you used help too. If an error message appeared, copy the text of it.

Couples: billing and cancellation

For questions about a payment, an invoice, or cancelling, email [email protected] from the address on your account. The purchase terms, prices, and VAT are set out in the Terms of Sale, and your statutory right to change your mind is explained on the Right of Withdrawal page. Guests: photos, RSVPs, and your data

If you were invited to someone's wedding site, the couple who created it control what appears on it — the photos, the RSVP list, and who can see them. So for anything about the event itself — a photo you'd like taken down, an RSVP you need changed, an invitation you can't open — please ask the couple first. They can act on it straight away; we usually can't act on their site without them.

You can still come to us to exercise a data-protection right, such as access, correction, or deletion. Email [email protected], or if you're signed in, download or delete your data yourself from your account. The Privacy Policy explains what we hold and who to complain to if you're not happy with our answer.
