We started Our Weddings after building a site for our own big day and realising every tool out there was either clunky, overpriced, or ugly on a phone. We wanted something calm and beautiful — a place to share the details, gather RSVPs, and keep every photo from the night in one spot.

So we built it: an elegant, mobile-first wedding website you can set up in minutes, with a shared photo gallery, live RSVPs, and playful extras. No spreadsheets, no clutter — just your story, told well.

The things people ask before they start

What do we get for free?
A real wedding site: your page, your story and details, and an RSVP form your guests can fill in without signing up for anything. The free plan does not include the photo gallery — guest photos are the one part that costs real money to keep, so they belong to the paid plans. A free site is also always publicly listed, and the quiz is not included. Everything else is yours to use for as long as you like, with no card asked for.
Do our guests need to create an account?
No — and that is the point. Guests open the link, read the details and send their RSVP without signing up for anything. Signing in only comes up on a paid plan, if you turn on photo uploads and choose to limit them to people you know.
Who can add photos, and can we approve them first?
On a paid plan, you decide. Uploads can be open to every guest with the link, limited to signed-in people, or switched off entirely — and you can require every photo to be approved before it appears. Guests can report a photo from the gallery or while viewing it; enough reports hide it straight away and put it in front of you.
Are our photos kept at full quality?
That depends on the plan, and we would rather say so plainly than surprise you. Essential keeps a high-quality copy of every photo — 1920 pixels on the long edge, which is sharp on any phone or laptop. Complete and Keepsake keep every original exactly as your guests took it, and let you download the lot. Videos are never re-encoded down on any plan.
How long does the site stay up?
Each paid plan includes a stated number of years, shown on the pricing page — and it is deliberately well past the day, because people keep sending photos for weeks afterwards and the gallery is the part couples come back to. We will tell you before that time runs out, and you will be able to download everything or extend. A free site has no photos to store, so it simply stays.
What happens if we go over the storage on our plan?
Nothing breaks in the middle of your wedding. On Essential, uploads stop once the included storage is full and you can upgrade or clear space. On Complete and Keepsake the extra is simply measured and billed per gigabyte at the rate shown on your plan, up to a stated ceiling — we will always show you the figure and ask before anything is charged.
What happens to our photos and our guests' details?
They are yours. Photos are stored for your wedding only and are never used for anything else. Guest replies — names, headcounts, dietary notes — are visible to you and nobody else. You can download everything or delete the whole account from your data, and the privacy notice spells out the rest, including how long each kind of data is kept.
Can we change things after we have sent the link out?
Yes. The address stays the same while you edit, so a link already sitting in a hundred inboxes keeps working. Change the time, swap the photos, add a detail you forgot — guests see the new version next time they open it.
What if we change our minds?
Nothing here traps you. There is no card on file for the free plan, and a paid plan can be cancelled from your own billing page in the same number of clicks it took to buy — your right to cancel is set out in full.
Something is wrong on the day. Can we reach you?
Yes — contact has a real address that a person reads. A wedding has one date, so anything that breaks on it goes to the front of the queue.
